This ku head mug has a large open mouth lined with many small, sharply pointed teeth. It has a small nose and slanted, almond-shaped eyes. Regular edition done in brown and limited edition of 50 with more glaze detail including red tongue, white eyes and teeth, with an antiqued brown glaze overall. This is the Red Dirt Edition.

The first release was Brown, second release was White, and third release was Red.

Krampus gives out coal and switches and is said to capture particularly naughty children in his sack and carry them away to his lair. Krampus is represented as a beast-like creature, generally demonic in appearance with horns and a long protruding tongue. The regular edition of this Krampus mug was issued in four different glaze versions of 25 each for a total run of 100. This version, however, was released as a promotion on Black Friday 2013 along with a number of other random black versions of other mugs.
