Pele (similar in design to Holland Mold Pinup Girls) is rising from the center volcano insert. The bowl is supported by fish-like tiki heads, and the exterior of the bowl is adorned with several different styles of tiki heads.

During the 1980's Kon Tiki was owned by Mr. Kim, a former chef at the restaurant, and he ordered new barware stamped with 'Kim's Kon Tiki', although the bar itself never legally changed name.
