Tiki Mugs
Luau Louie The Sippin' Turtle - by Tiki tOny - for TikiLand Trading Company
in 3 collections
From TikiLand Trading Company:
"Luau Louie has been cast adrift on an endless summer, riding the currents into tropical lagoons for over a century, a permanent vacation, if you will. He turned his shell upside down and floaty boats wherever the tropical trade winds take ‘em. He’s never had a bad day, and he’s one of those types where everything just goes right for him no matter what. A barnacle once apologized for almost taking residence upon his shell. Sit back, relax, and float your own boat, Luau Louie says, there’s no need to worry when all you need is that laid back life! Shells up dude, enjoy a cruise through life! This ceramic tiki mug is about 7 inches tall, and holds about 15oz!
Designed by Tiki tOny and Sculpted by Thor, in sunny Southern California. Imported."

Outrigger Chalice - First Edition - Gold & Brown - by Doug Horne - for TikiLand Trading Company

From TikiLand Trading Company:
"This mug has been in the works for quite long time - as we had started working on it around the same time as its counterpart ‘Jade Chalice’ (circa 2020). Featuring a gold glazed chalice cup, supported by the base and ‘outriggers’ sculpted and glazed to resemble wood, this will surely stand out on your mug shelf! This mug holds about 20 oz (varies slightly mug to mug), is about 7 9/16 inches tall, and 8 3/16 inches wide from one outrigger head to the other. This sophisticated and elegant mug was designed by Doug Horne, sculpted by Tom “Thor” Thordarson, and is a limited edition of 500. "
Small Cup - by Mayer China - for Tropics at Waikiki
in 0 collections
This small cup has variously been referred to as a "fruit cup", "soup bowl", or "bouillon bowl" although many tikiphiles used to seeing Chinese style table patterns may assume it is a teacup. By all accounts, however, the Tropics served American or European style cuisine, so teacup is unlikely.
It is white, with a reddish brown floral "Pembroke" design around the outer edges and marked "Tropics at Waikiki" on interior.

This is the third in the series of Houlihan's tiki mugs designed by Squid. It features a grumpy looking coconut simian with one square bottom tooth poking up on either side of his mouth. The mug is styled after the tourist pieces carved of actual coconuts. He holds an "H" for Houlihan's and is glazed in blue.
Not as well marked as the two previous mugs which were labeled "Houlihan's" on reverse and "Squid" on bottom. This one just has the "H".
Houlihan's is a Leawood, Kansas-based American casual restaurant & bar with locations operating throughout the country, 60% of which are franchised.
The Angry Coconut Monkey was released at least as early as June 2nd, 2023.

Tiki Fountain - Tiki tOny Edition - by Tiki tOny & Black Lagoon - for Black Lagoon Designs
in 1 collection
Prior to this, Black Lagoon created some other spitter fountain mug designs.
From Black Lagoon Designs:
"This is a very limited edition of only 6 fountains, created in collaboration with Tiki Tony who created the original tiki image for this fountain. (PLEASE NOTE: As these tikis are a little taller than my usual tikis on the fountain I have created a little stick with a loop on the end to help you drag the tube down inside of the fountain upon set-up. It is a little tricky but with patience and perseverance you will get it to work).
They measure circa 28cm high x 20cm wide x 20cm long.
SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED!!! Please read this first and DO NOT PURCHASE this item if you are not prepared to do the following: Every fountain comes with an Instructions sheet which will show you how to put your fountain together in relation to the pump & tubes and the use of the bottle (if you would like to use that - I use this only when I'm taking my fountain out to a party and need to prepare a cocktail mix in advance. The use of a good old punch bowl or jug is better when at home and usually has a bigger liquid capacity, the bottle you will receive holds 750ml).
This fountain does NOT come with any glassware shown in the images, these were for product photography as an example only as to what type of glassware works with this fountain. The glassware that this fountain was created to use are classic Mai Tai (double old fashion) glasses, which are circa 11cm tall and 9cm wide."
