"For those who recognize it, this mug was very clearly inspired by a coveted piece of Tiki ephemera. The foam tiki statue that this mug’s Ku was modeled after is none other than from one of the most iconic, memorable, and influential travel marketing and advertising campaigns by United Airlines promoting air travel to Hawaii.

With a passion for Hawaii, Tiki, and all things at the intersect of art in popular culture and advertising, Lost Tiki envisioned and designed this mug with the help of friends Jeff Granito and Tom “THOR” Thordarson. Jeff and THOR each contributed depictions on the mug that represent some of the experiences and history that one encounters when visiting Hawaii. THOR masterfully brought these concepts together, and to life, in the sculpt.

Lost Tiki’s inspiration for each of the mugs created for TikiLand Mug Society is to tell part of his, and many other’s, story and journey of 'falling down the Tiki rabbit hole'. This is the 2nd mug in the ongoing TikiLand Mug Society series."

This is a strangely elongated skull in bone white glaze. It belonged to the character Sloth from the film "The Goonies" which was shot in Astoria where Munktiki is located. This version is a bit of a mash-up with the classic skull image from the punk band, The Misfits -- which featured The Crimson Ghost (wearing a black hood) derived from the film of the same name.

Also of note, The Goonies motto is "Never Say Die!" Additionally, "Never Say Die" is an actual Tiki drink from Don the Beachcombers, circa 1960's and reproduced by BeachBum Berry in his Total Tiki app.

This edition followed the First Edition issued by Tiki Farm with red headcrest, green beak, and yellow claws.

"Two shots of rum…or was it three? Who can remember. It’s always a bit groggy. All we know for sure is there was an octopus bartender, a giant clam, and a lot of rum. Groggy Grotter is manufactured by Monkey Skull. This mug is a Limited Edition of 100 and arrived early with some in the shop on January 18th, 2023."

The first edition Groggy Grotter was glazed in a coral/orange glaze.

This is a tall stylized moai mug designed to resemble Donn the Beachcomber with his signature hat and pencil thin mustache. It is glazed in cobalt blue with the exception of a white and orange flower blossom behind his right ear.

This is a mug shaped like a vertically leaping piranha with large sharp teeth. Designed and sculpted by Tim Wollweber (with Marcus Gonzalez). Used to serve the "Piranha Pool" cocktail which is described as "Strawberry Vodka blended with Pineapple Juice, Cream of Coconut, Strawberry Puree, and Blue Curacao." Released January 16th, 2023.

This version is an ombre glaze that fades from a deep copper orange to gray horizontally.

Marked as second edition, but it is the third color-way issued since there was also a gold variant of the first edition.

This design for Inuhele 2023 was issued in two color-ways (orange cobra with yellow lemon half on bottom and a yellow cobra with green lime half on bottom). The event took place January 20-22nd, 2023 in Atlanta, Georgia.

This is a mug shaped like the head of their devil mascot.

This Mai Tai glass is branded for Lava & Tonic in Wichita, Kansas.

Available in orange and black or teal blue and black.
