Dan'ton-Ku opened in February 2013 in the city of Biel or Bienne, depending on whether you speak German Swiss or French Swiss. The exterior facade of the tiki bar is flanked by two tall tikis. The bar's stools are carved tikis, and more carved tikis serve as supports for tall tables. The decor uses a lot of bamboo and matting, with tiki masks on the walls. Drinks are served in tiki mugs and volcano bowls.

This smaller version of a Trader Vic's opened in May 2014 in the Hilton Al Hamra Beach & Golf Resort. It wasn't a full restaurant, but it did offer small plates of food and a full bar. There was indoor seating and an outdoor lanai.

This Trader Vic's opened in March 2016. It is located within the H Resort Beau Vallon Beach on the island of Mah in the Seychelles, far off the east coast of Africa.

This Trader Vic's location opened in 2014, in the then-new Hilton Doha. The restaurant is in its own circular, window-lined building with dramatic views of Doha Bay. The room is ringed with tapa cloth, and the faceted ceiling has many floats and other beachcomber lamps.

Tahitian Village is the newer outdoor extension of the main Trader Vic's with great ocean views.

This Trader Vic's location opened in 2010 and closed in 2019. Being in Saudi Arabia, there was no alcohol at this Trader Vic's, but they did serve tropical "mocktails."

The Tilted Tiki was opened in November 2016 by Chris and Patti Goetzke in downtown Stillwater, Minnesota, just east of Minneapolis -- in the historic Grand Garage building.

The Grand Garage was built in 1882 and later renovated in 1924. The beautiful, historic building ushers you into downtown Stillwater. It was originally The Chicago House, then occupied by Stillwater Motor Company and converted to its current use in 1970. A number of different shops, restaurants, and even a salon, call the Grand Garage home.

Its location in the Grand Garage makes the Tilted Tiki's decor an unusual blend of tropical thatching and lauhala and more traditional wooden trim and stained glass accents.

They serve a selection of tropical drinks, and small plates of food.

Kula Hut opened in May 1960, and was just off Robson Street in Vancouver, B.C. It advertised itself as the "most authentic" Polynesian restaurant. It was owned by Joan and John Jang, Joan was the restaurant's manager. They hired Philip Fong and Paul Mak, who had been dining room captains at the Kon-Tiki in Montreal. By 1974, the restaurant was closed.

Polynesian Gardens Condominiums is a large, multi-building housing complex in southern Florida with Polynesian theming, including Witco furniture and art. Built in 1974, the amenities for residents include not just a swimming pool and billiards tables, but a regulation, four-lane bowling alley and each lane ends in the mouth of a giant tiki head. The lobby has beautiful painted murals of bathing Polynesian maidens, and a massive oil lamp sculpture. The condominium complex initially targeted Jewish people, especially the large population of people moving to southern Florida from colder northern climes. When the condos were first being marketed, actress Eve Arden's name was used, but it's unclear if she was an owner, investor, or was only lending her name to the property.

This popular, lively nightclub in Bora Bora opened in June 2015, and had lots of wood, thatch, and genuine jungle with amazing seaside views.

The Tiki Hut was a vacation rental by owners just north of Yucca Valley, near Pioneertown (and its famed Pappy & Harriet's music venue), Joshua Tree National Park, and Palm Springs.

The building was on Janky Acres, a collection of three themed vacation rentals tucked into a secluded desert valley.

The Tiki Hut was able to sleep up to seven people, and was furnished with lots of bamboo, a tiki bar, a fake palm tree, and large tikis carved by CC Rider.

Seems to have closed @2020.

Taha'a Twisted Tiki opened in December 2013, in the Grove neighborhood of St. Louis. The decor is simple, and there is an outdoor patio. There is a menu of tropical drinks available, served in tiki mugs, and a Volcano Bowl.

Laka Lono opened in October 2016, in the Old Market neighborhood of Omaha, Nebraska. The elaborately themed space is divided into two rooms: a main bar room, and a "cave room" with a second bar, booths and other seating, and a large waterfall. The whole space is covered in bamboo, thatch and lauhala, with some large tikis. The menu is a mix of classic tiki drinks and originals.
