This is the earliest Psycho Suzi's swizzle. It features a sculptured version of their logo.
The is a flat red swizzle. Image of a bamboo frame around the logo. There is tiki drink in a tiki mug with pineapple slice, umbrella, cherry, swizzle and straw. The bottom of the frame has a pineapple and foliage along with a sign for the Royal Kona Resort. The motto "Home of the Original Mai Tai". At 7.5" this swizzle is longer than the majority of flat swizzles.
