    Lono Signature Tiki Mug

    This is a full standing Lono style tiki with tall headdress and marked for Lono, in Hollywood, CA. It is a statement piece that showcases the god Lono's prominent headdress and it's also an ode to old Hollywood. This mug incorporates images of film reels, clapperboards and a Walk of Fame star on the bottom. It is also reminiscent of the Oscar statue, holding a sharks-teeth-edged sword in front in the same pose that Oscar holds its crusader sword. This version was released in 2018. There was a metallic gold version released in 2019 for their 2-Year Anniversary.

    Kon Tiki Tucson Milan Guanko Long-Headed Ku Mug Black

    Based on an actual Milan Guanko carving on location at the Kon Tiki, this Tiki mug has a long face outlined by chisel marks and a palm bark texture around the rest of the head. The mouth is a traditional Ku shaped figure-eight, and the eyes are coffee-bean shaped, but the rest of the face is a bit more humanistic. Shoulders and upper torso visible at bottom. Overall shape is almost like a pilsner glass with a gradual slope inward from the top. Produced in two glaze variations. This is the regular edition with black exterior and orange interior. There is also a limited edition in all brown (50 made).

    This bucket mug has a Milan Guanko mask with its tongue sticking out on one side and some glass floats on the other, against a basket weave pattern of criss-crossing lines. It is one of The Gang of Three from The Kon Tiki which is being sold as a set and includes a Milan Guanko Face mug and Milan Guanko Head mug also designed by The Pizz. All three mugs were based from original Milan Guanko carvings by The Pizz and manufactured by Tiki Farm.

It is textured to look like weathered wood grain. The mug is shaped like a man's head with pointed teeth. He is grinning and wearing a tall headpiece that flares at the top. His hat, teeth and earrings are white, and his right eye and hat have red accents. The emblem on the hat is gold. This version is an open edition to be sold at the Bali Hai restaurant.

    This tiki mug was designed by Crazy Al Evans for Tiki Farm. The mug is brown, and looks as if it were carved from a palm log. The tiki has large, round nostrils, and there is a small red hibiscus in a black circle in the middle of its head.

    Virgin Coconut Mug for Tonga Hut - White a.k.a. Thai Coconut Mug for Tonga Hut

    'Thai' style coconut of the type usually sold in stores; a hole is knocked into the top of the coconut and the coconut water is drunk with a straw. This mug keeps the 'top' of the coconut intact as a lid that can be inverted to use as a reservoir for a shot of run or a flaming sugar cube; it is notched to allow the use of a straw. The mug is off-white in color with a thin brown wash to pick out the details and the Tonga Hut imprinted on the side of the mug.

    Mr. Bali Hai Concave OMC Mug a.k.a. Vintage Mr. Bali Hai

    This mug is of the original Mr. Bali Hai, the mascot for the Bali Hai Restaurant in San Diego. This version of the mug was manufactured by OMC and bears the OMC sticker, and has a concave base marked "Mr. Bali Hai made Exclusively for Bali Hai Restaurant San Diego, Calif" printed on the bottom. Mr. Bali Hai is an oblong head with a bone through the nose and large white hoop earrings, with sleepily lidded eyes (eyes are usually brown, sometimes blue). The mug comes with a lid with two straw holes.

    Tiki Gardens Mug by Eekum Bookum

    This mug is a two sided mug with a tiki on one side and a moai on the other. The front of the mug features a 10 foot Tiki named Kahona, the water God, which stood at the entrance of the Tiki Gardens (a polynesian gardens theme park). It featured a fire pit in the mouth and torches they would light every night. The back features another of their monumental Tiki’s which they called Lono supreme God. Shells and gemstone eyes have been added on the tikis and the sides of the mug feature peacocks from the gardens.

    Tiki Gardens was a Polynesian gardens theme park in Indian Shores Florida, just a few miles from the creators house. It opened in 1964 it was closed in the 80s at which time it fell into disrepair ultimately being sold to the county. And of course they tore down paradise and put up a parking lot for the beach.

    Royal Kona Resort Don The Beachcomber Birthday Tiki Mug - Open Edition - by Tiki Shark

    This brown glazed mug is shaped like a full body ku tiki with massive abs and a skull balanced on both knees. Reverse is marked for the Royal Kona Resort Don The Beachcomber. Reverse also has has image of Don in his classic straw hat and holding a tiki mug. This mug celebrates the 113th birthday of Don the Beachcomber and went up for sale on his actual birthday, February 22nd. There was also a Limited Edition (limited to 113 pieces for the 113th birthday) that was signed and numbered (but glaze looks very similar to Open Edition in photos).

    Whereas the earlier Tiki Farm Goof Mug design was based on the artwork on the matchbook from Christian's Hut in Corona Del Mar, this more primitive-looking version is designed to resemble the actual Goof on the roof of the Bali Hai. The mug is shaped like a man's head with pointed teeth. He is grinning and wearing a tall headpiece that flares at the top. His hat, teeth and earrings are white, and his right eye and hat have red accents. This is the second version of the Primitive Goof and is an open edition to be sold at the Bali Hai restaurant. It differs from the previous version with its matte glaze and the addition of a gold tooth.

    Mr. Bali Hai Tiki Farm Mug Edition V a.k.a. Mr. Bali Hai Tiki Farm Mug Fifth Edition, Reproduction Mr. Bali Hai Orange Eyes

    This mug is a reproduction of the original Mr. Bali Hai, the mascot for the Bali Hai Restaurant in San Diego. This version of the mug was manufactured by Tiki Farm and portrays Mr. Bali Hai as an oblong head with a bone through the nose and large white hoop earrings, with sleepily lidded orange eyes. The mug comes with a lid with two straw holes. This version, which started in Summer 2018, can be easily distinguished by the orange eyes, the bone through nose is "droopier" than previous versions, and the eyebrows are not painted white -- just brown like the rest. This is a near duplicate of the earlier OMC Concave Bottom version in many ways. However, the sticker on the bottom looks like an Otagiri sticker but instead of the letters “OMC” in the “leaves”, it has a T and an F and an image of a little tiki head that looks to be the logo of Tiki Farm.

    This mug is a reproduction of the original Mr. Bali Hai, the mascot for the Bali Hai Restaurant in San Diego. This version of the mug was manufactured by Tiki Farm. Mr. Bali Hai is an oblong head with a bone through the nose and large white hoop earrings, with sleepily lidded eyes. This mug is topped by a tapa printed red fez with black tassel and the words "Bali Hai" in gold on front. The back of the mug reads: "Bali Hai 1954-2014 60th Anniversary Shelter Island." The anniversary event was on 10/30/2014 and each attendee had a ticket for one drink with mug on admission. The remainder of the mug run went on sale at the restaurant the following day.

    Tiki Oasis 2020 Paradise Point Takeover Mug - First Edition - by Eekum Bookum a.k.a. Tiki Oasis 20 Mug

    The 2020 Tiki Oasis Mug is titled “Tiki Oasis Paradise Point Takeover” and is inspired by the grounds, architecture, and locale of Paradise Point Resort. Tiki Oasis’ Paradise Point mug features tikis from Caliente Tropics (Palm Springs) and the Hanalei Hotel (San Diego), where Tiki Oasis took place previously. The mug has a removable “hut” lid featuring a straw hole. Imagery featured on the mug includes tiki torches, palm trees, birds of paradise, coconuts, a rum box, and a peacock. There is also a fire feature/well for 151 high proof alcohol (or lemon extract) on the front of the mug, just below a Tiki Oasis logo.

    This version in green/teal glazes was followed after the event with a more limited second edition in brown/tan with orange accents.

This version is similar but has been re-sculpted by Flounder in a sci-fi space motif with the tiki having Robby The Robot style arms, a robotic lower half with moon rover tank treads, and carrying a ray blaster. Flounder is remembered for having done previous Tiki Farm science fiction themed mugs like Radar Vic, Tron the Beachcomber, the Intergalactic Island Hopper decanter, and the Cosmic Robo Rover bowl. This Space Robot mug was issued in a few versions, including this first edition in light Seafoam Green, a second edition in Sky Blue, and in a couple of metallic artist proofs (silver and gold).

    This white bowl was manufactured for Steve Crane's Kon Tiki restaurant. It features the Kon Tiki logo on the front in brown letters. The logo is inverted because the bowl was meant to cover another bowl which held soup or rice. Placed upon the other bowl, the logo would appear to be right-side-up.

    A bowl featuring Big Mo, the large moai located at the Tonga Hut in North Hollywood, in the center. Mo has an overproof rum well on top of his head in the center. Tapa designs on sides of bowl. Exterior is a matte wipe glaze and interior is glossy dark brown. Mo, himself, is in beige. Measures 9” diameter at top of bowl, 6" diameter at base, 6" total height (base to top of Big Mo), and 3.75" bowl height (base to top lip of bowl).

    The Rincon Room Home Bar Tiki Mug

    This is a tall mug shaped like a Lono tiki with tall headdress and marked "The Rincon Room" on reverse. Glazed in shades of brown with white teeth and some red highlighting. The original tiki it is based on was made by Oceanic Arts for a restaurant near the Warehouse in Marina Del Rey and it’s been outside Ron Ferrell's (Bongo Fury's) home bar, The Rincon Room, for several years now.
