Discovered deep within the rainforests of VanTiki Island, this ancient chalice sports the skull of an extinct and heretofore unknown monkey. When sipping from this ancient vessel, you are sure to note the curious rattle emanating from the simian cranium. Locals say the sound is the rustling spirits of those who drank too deeply from the chalice. Others posit that a small forest spirit has been trapped within the bone by a long dead kahuna. Adventurer, we leave it to you to find out the true source of the sound. I imagine it will take plenty of, ahem, intoxicating research.

The Monkey Cup stands 4.5 inches tall, and the upper bowl is 5.5 inches in diameter. It will hold just shy of 12 ounces of fluid. This musical mug has several ceramic beads cunningly tucked into the skull chamber, and emits a rattle when used. Made entirely by us, by hand, in our Eugene Oregon studio using only food safe glazes. Marked with the edition number on the base.
